FLIGHT GUIDE
-
Stay Calm and Check the Details: Take a deep breath and verify the delay details on the airline’s website or app. Sometimes delays are minor and not worth stressing over.
Ask for Assistance: Head to the airline’s customer service desk. We suggest that you do this instead of calling the airline hotline. They might offer meal vouchers, access to lounges, or even alternative travel arrangements. Your Travel Agent is NOT there in the airport and does not have the access to offer you these extras. Your first point of contact if you need assistance with a delay is the in airport assistance.
Informing About Transportation: If LTW Travel booked your transportation to/from the resort or hotel, there's no need to notify us of the delay as long as the flight number remains the same. Our transfer companies track flight numbers and are aware of any delays. However, if your flight number changes, please inform us of the new flight number so that the transfer company can track the flight.
Changing Flights: If you decide to book a different flight during a delay, you can do so at the airport at your own expense and discretion. Ensure that you update any relevant parties about your new flight details.
