UNITED AIRLINES

Please check in to your flight 24 hours before departure by clicking here.
On the day of travel please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure (if a DOMESTIC United States flight) or 3 hours prior to departure (if an INTERNATIONAL flight outside of the United States).
You can choose your seats before departure by visiting https://www.united.com/en/us and clicking "my trips". Login using your confirmation number and your last name. If your seats are not together due to a schedule change (I am not always alerted about these and will generally always at booking choose seats together for my clients, sometimes the airline will switch them up if there is a plane or schedule change before travel); do NOT fret--people change seats daily and you may be able to get seats together before traveling; also the airline attendant at the airport can usually accommodate seating together for couples/families if you speak to them once you are at the airport. 
You can earn miles to qualify for free flights (and redeem miles for free internet access, United airlines restaurants at airports etc.) by joining the United Mileage Plus program here FOR FREE! Once you join, please email your travel designer your new Mileage Plus number. If you already have a United Mileage plus number,  please email your travel designer to link it to your flights to earn miles. 
If you have TSA Pre-check, that HAS to be linked to your ticket before travel. You will need to email me your KTN.

SOUTHWEST AIRLINES

On the day of travel please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure (if a DOMESTIC United States flight) or 3 hours prior to departure (if an INTERNATIONAL flight outside of the United States).
What you need to know to travel:

  • For international travel, you may secure your boarding position via the online check-in process at southwest.com starting 24 hours prior to departure. You must check in at a Southwest Airlines Ticket Counter or Kiosk to have your passport verified, check luggage, and receive your boarding pass.

  • Southwest Airlines does not have assigned seats, so you can choose your seat when you board the plane. You will be assigned a boarding position based on your check-in time. The earlier you check in, within 24 hours of your flight, the earlier you get to board.

  • No Show Policy: If you are not planning to travel on any portion of this itinerary, please cancel your reservation at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure of the flight. Customers who fail to cancel or change their flight at least 10 minutes prior to travel and who do not board the flight, will be considered a no show, and all remaining funds on the reservation will be forfeited.

Watch your e-mails for flight time changes prior to your trip. Notification of airline schedule changes will be e-mailed to the address given, up until your departure day. You may also receive email or text notifications from the airline directly if you have created a communication preference on their website. On your day of travel, you can reconfirm flight times by visiting the airline's website or by calling them directly. It is recommended that you arrive at the airport a minimum of 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. It is also recommended that you visit TSA.GOV to view current security wait times prior to departing for the airport.

AMERICAN AIRLINES

If you are in BASIC ECONOMY-you CANNOT choose your seats whatsover). Login using your confirmation number and your last name. If your seats are not together due to a schedule change (I am not always alerted about these and will generally always at booking choose seats together for my clients, sometimes the airline will switch them up if there is a plane or schedule change before travel); do NOT fret--people change seats daily and you may be able to get seats together before traveling; also the airline attendant at the airport can usually accommodate seating together for couples/families if you speak to them once you are at the airport. 


You can earn miles to qualify for free flights (and redeem miles for free flights etc.) by American Airlines Advantage program FOR FREE! Once you join, please email your travel designer your new frequent flyer number. If you already have a number, please email your travel designer to link it to your flights to earn miles.

SPIRIT AIRLINES

You can earn miles to qualify for free flights (and redeem miles for free flights etc.) by signing up for the Free Spirit program here for FREE! Once you join, email your travel designer your new number. If you already have a frequent flyer number, email your travel designer to link it to your flights to earn miles.
